With almost 50 years of experience, Jack Omlor has contributed to the success of diverse businesses and non-profit organizations.

As an authority on business growth, finance, fundraising, corporate governance and strategic management, Jack has worked with emerging startups to large, publicly traded corporations, helping them to navigate the complex waters of finance, legal and operational issues.

Jack started his own consulting practice in 1981 after 20 years of working for companies like Honeywell, KPMG Peat Marwick, and SPS Technologies where he held leadership positions in senior management, as board directors and in advisory roles. His industry expertise includes working with technology, manufacturing, healthcare and hospitality organizations.

Beyond an active business practitioner, Jack has developed seminars for universities and corporations on strategic management, CPA exam reviews, accounting, finance, and entrepreneurship. Jack has also been published on financial and business topics in industry and trade publications.

Jack holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Penn State University, an MBA from Drexel University and is a certified pubic accountant.
