Tim Martin, MBA, MA – Transition Coach

Book a coaching session with Tim

Less than pleased with your current employment situation? Tired of sending out resumes to which no one responds? Finally thinking about using your ideas, talents and connections to go it alone? But no matter how inviting the water looks, you just aren’t ready to jump. Or maybe you’ve already jumped and the water is, let’s just say a bit deeper than you thought.

What you may find you need is not someone to push you but rather someone you trust to prepare, motivate and coach you. And if you’re already in the water and feeling overwhelmed, a “how-to book” or its equivalent, a set of inflatable floatees, won’t likely make you feel much safer. You need a coach. An entrepreneur. A marketer and motivator.

Tim Martin utilizes his proprietary “LifeFLOW” model to help clients rediscover their core purpose, to articulate their vision and to use “systems thinking” to align a step-by-step plan that focuses on the individual first and then the success of their entrepreneurial efforts. The program is designed to be holistic and Martin encourages his clients to be disciplined in all aspects of the plan, including how to become an expert in their field, recognizing the power of networking and living a balanced life.

Martin has been a successful entrepreneur as a principal of a marketing firm for 15 years and as a coach and consultant for the last seven. Through his company NEWTRIX, he coaches individuals and companies to be true to who they are and to leverage that strength of purpose to reach new heights. The goal is never to just win, but to master the art of creating a win-win, a perpetual cycle of “true” success. Martin holds an MBA and a Masters in Exercise Physiology. He is also an avid adventure athlete competing in marathons and triathlons, and to date has climbed Rainer (Seattle), McKinley (Alaska), Hu Shun (China), and Kilimanjaro (Africa).
